Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or give exchanges for wigs that have been worn, styled or altered, the lace or hair cut or damaged in any way, and no products applied, such as glue or other hair products. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met. If for some reason your order for an In Stock wig was not processed correctly, you can send it back for an exchange of another In-Stock unit. DO NOT RETURN UNIT UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION TO DO SO. Send email to returns@cjsfulllacewigs.com to start return processing. Custom made units were specifically made to fit your head size and specifications and may be too difficult to resale; Therefore, no refunds or exchanges on Custom Made full lace or front lace wigs.
