Refund Policy
There are no cash refunds on hair and hair products. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or give exchanges for wigs that have been worn, styled or altered, the lace or hair cut or damaged in any way, and no products applied, such as glue or other hair products. However, if a unit is returned, it must be received within (3) business days in the exact original condition. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your In Stock unit, you can send it back for an exchange of another In-Stock unit or a Custom unit that is made to fit your specifications. Send email to returns@cjsfulllacewigs.com to start processing. DO NOT RETURN UNIT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION TO DO SO. We have to charge a 20% fee for restocking a Custom made wig. This unit was specifically made to fit your head size and specifications and may be difficult to resale. There is no restocking fee for In Stock wigs. They may be exchanged for another In Stock wig providing all of our return policies have been followed. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM MADE WIGS

Once we receive your payment for your Custom made wig, processing starts for that unit. If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within (3) business days. If you wish to change your Custom Made order, it must be done no later than 72 hours from the time you placed your order. Any changes requested after the 72 hours will be subject to a $65 change fee. To avoid any mistakes, make sure your measurements, color and texture specifications are correct.

All Custom made orders that are not canceled within (3) business days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned unit and all the returned policies have been met, you will receive your refund minus the restocking fee. This Restocking fee will not be waived under any circumstances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CJ’S FULL LACE WIGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT OR OUT OF ANY ACTIONS, SUITS, CLAIMS OR DEMANDS THAT ARISE IN RESPECT OF ME RECEIVING A FULL LACE WIG OR SUPPLIES FROM CJ’S FULL LACE WIGS. HEREUNDER WITHOUT ANYWAY LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IF FOR ANY REASON, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, ANY PORTION OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL BE VOIDED, THEN IN SUCH EVENT CJ’S FULL LACE WIGS MAXIMUM, SOLE, AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY TO ME SHALL BE LIMITED TO GENERAL MONEY DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO CJ’S FULL LACE WIGS BY ME FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED.
